Finger touch, 2 minutes. Touch thumb to each finger in order, then back again. Each round, try a new order.
Pattern taps, 2 minutes. Tap or clap a short rhythm and have them repeat it. Make it one beat longer each time.
Switch, 1 minute. Now they make a pattern and you repeat it.
Clear a safe space first, and stop any move that hurts.
