By accessing or using Activate Genius ("the Service"), operated by Activate Genius ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Activate Genius is a subscription-based platform that provides personalized 30-day brain activation protocols, AI-powered chat assistance, and educational content for parents. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free Trial and Subscription

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at $9.00 per month unless you cancel before the trial expires.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the Service without our written consent.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, protocols, branding, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Activate Genius and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable. The content provided is for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Activate Genius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
